All items sold by Autografica are accurately described, i.e. if it says it is a photograph, then it is a photograph and not a page from a magazine! All measurements are approximate (but close) and are normally in inches.

Any item which does not live up to its description may be returned for a full refund within 14 days, provided that you contact us first, and return the item to us in the same manner and condition that it was dispatched.

All items are guaranteed genuine for life and come with our combined invoice and COA. If at any time you have reason to doubt that it is genuine, please do not hesitate to speak with us first, but providing that you have an opinion from 2 recognised autograph dealers, we will be happy to offer a full refund.

We are happy to accept payment via cheque payable to Autografica, cash (registered please) in either £sterling or US$ (but please contact us first), and Postal orders. You can also pay either directly via your PayPal account, secure payment on the site via your card (we don't even see your card details) or directly over the phone.

Sorry, but we do not accept any cheques or money orders in any other currency than £sterling. For your safety this site is secure and all orders taken via the site are totally safe.

Returns. If any item does not live up to its description, then we are happy to accept any returns within 14 days provided that you make contact with us first regarding the return of the item, and that the item is returned in the same way and the same condition that it was delivered.

VAT. We are VAT regsitered, and our number is 946 2146 20 All invoices and prices on this site are inclusive of VAT.

Charity auctions. We can supply ready-framed items for your registered charity auction, and are able to attend any charity event within resonable distance from our Rochester location. 

We are able to offer items on a sale or return basis, or at no upfront cost to you all dependant on how well we know you. Plus everything you need for a silent auction or fundraising event, including a celebrity auctioneer.

Please be aware that AFTAL have recently made note of a number of companies who have targeted this market deliberately, and are offering what seem to be authentic items for your events. These companies are known to us, and in some cases the police and Trading Standards as well, but they are not that easy to track down and secure a conviction. One company has even gone as far as not handing over the money from the auctions! So not only do your customers end up with worthless items, but your charity loses the money as well!

Be aware that many of the items offered by these people may be fake, and are of no value whatsoever; despite they’re nice looking COA’s and suggestion that they are members of various associations!  If you are not local to us, then most AFTAL members can offer the same service. If you are offered items for any charity auction, and need some advice on their authenticity, then please either contact us or any other AFTAL member, we will be happy to help.
